All abstracts should be around 500 words. The authors should indicate which topic the paper addresses and keep in mind that the focus of their papers should be on presenting challenges, applications, solutions and ideas related to the above topics in a non-commercial and practical manner. Preference will be given to papers that discuss the functionality and performance requirements of the application, the communications requirements and how the application fits within a distributed multi-domain smart grid architecture and interacts with other applications in the smart grid hierarchy.

Papers accepted for oral presentation will be included in the program. Papers accepted for the poster session will also be included in the proceedings of the conference and used as backup for oral presentation.
