• Booth Assignment will be confirmed beginning February 15, 2025 in order of sponsorship level, and then date received.
• To add additional booths, Inform us that you want additional booth(s) and we will add them at the prices listed above.
• ALL booth personnel must register
• Being a Sponsor or Exhibitor includes guest passes to the exhibition for 1 day (no conference sessions) so that you can invite your customers to visit you at the conference exhibition. The quantity of guest passes is based on your participation level: Platinum (5), Gold (4), Silver (4), Bronze (3), WiFi (3), Lanyard (2), and Exhibitor (2).
• There is a 20% cancellation charge for sponsors & exhibitors after April 15, 2025.
• Invoices will be generated by our conference registration partner.
