The oral presentations will be in 15 minutes using the conference Power Point templates. The time will be strictly enforced to ensure that all presenters have the same amount of time. Discussions and questions will be at the end of each session.
The number of slides in a presentation should not be more than 12 content slides. The presentations should focus on the main ideas, results and contributions and should avoid any basic information.
The presenters are encouraged to practice their presentations and time their slides to fit within the available time.
If you are asked to do a pre-recorded presentation, you will need to record yourself with the slides. You can use PowerPoint built-in recording feature, WebEx Teams, or any other tool that can be recorded clearly and include everything. Instructions on how to upload your mp4 videos will be coming.
The PPT files should be emailed to email@example.com the week before the presentation. The conference coordinator will review presentation to confirm it meets the requirements above, uses the PW template and that it is non-commercial.
